Monday 31st March, 2025 – Update for Fearnan Residents
The third party provider has now fixed their issue and so full services to our network should now be resumed.
If you are still having issues with your internet you may need to reset the router and ONT.

Dear Valued Customers,
We have been made aware of an external issue with third party equipment at the Perth Telephone Exhange, causing residents to be effected in the Fearnan area.
This has been escalated but unfortunately engineers will not be able to fix any issues until tomorrow (31st March). Please keep an eye out for further updates as we will continually chase for further estimations as to when we can expect for this issue to be resolved and when full services can be resumed for customers.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may cause you, but it is unfortunately an issue out of our control.
