Between 11am and 12:15 today, our technicians will be performing urgent maintenance on our Strathallan Cabinet.
During this time, customers will lose connection for between 5-10 minutes.
Please do not make any adjustments to your equipment.
Gigaloch apologises for the short notice – we prefer to carry out tasks of this type either first thing in the morning or last thing in the evening.
On balance, carrying out the maintenance now mitigates against the risk of a larger, unplanned disruption to service in the future
