We are aware of an outage affecting Strathallan and the surrounding areas.
We would like to sincerely apologise for the recent service outage affecting you and others in the area, particularly over the Easter weekend. We understand how disruptive this has been and appreciate the time many of you have taken to contact us.
Unfortunately, the outage was caused by an unexpected hardware malfunction at our network cabinet. While our engineer attended promptly and worked to diagnose the issue, the fault required a replacement part. This meant we had to wait for the necessary component to arrive before the repair could be fully completed, which extended the duration of the outage.
The required part is due to be collected today, and we are confident that service will be fully restored by the end of the day.
We fully recognise the inconvenience this has caused and are truly sorry for the impact on your service. Please be assured that we are reviewing this incident to see how we can improve our response and reduce the likelihood of similar delays in the future.
