If your wi-fi is still not working, please reset your router and ONT.

If this still doesn’t work, please ensure you wi-fi button is turned on and that your ethernet cable is plugged into the yellow LAN port at the back of your router.

We are currently investigating this issue, so at present we have no estimated timescales as to when this will be resolved to get you back online.
